- The Privileged Planet (2004) NR - Embracing the concept of intelligent design and refuting the theory of evolution, this intriguing video posits that Earth was created not by a series of random events but by a "creative designer" who knew exactly what he was doing. Several proponents of intelligent design, including philosophers and scientists, share their views about this controversial theory and provide evidence that supports their premise. Actor John Rhys-Davies narrates.
- The Case for a Creator (2006) NR - Award-winning journalist and longtime atheist Lee Strobel embarks on an intense search for scientific evidence that God exists. - Exodus Revealed (2001) NR - Exodus Revealed follows the footsteps of the children of Israel on an unforgettable journey of discovery. - The Search for the Real Mt. - The Gospel of John (2003) PG-13 - This word-for-word adaptation of the 21 chapters of the Gospel According to John tells story of Jesus' life -- mostly focusing on his final hours, his crucifixion and the events that followed -- from disciple John's point of view. The epic film draws its audience into antiquity through meticulous re-creation, including an original musical score complete with instrumental sounds of the time. Christopher Plummer narrates much of the film.
- Constantine's Sword (2007) NR - Director Oren Jacoby's intriguing documentary examines the history of anti-Semitism in the Catholic Church (as exposed in James Carroll's controversial book Constantine's Sword) and the link between the U.S. military and the Christian right. From Constantine's reign in the fourth century to today's evangelical base at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo., Jacoby's film offers a provocative look at the roots of holy war.
The Takeover of America
- America: Freedom to Fascism (2006) NR - Acclaimed filmmaker Aaron Russo directs this thorough investigation into the creation of the Federal Reserve and the controversial legislation (or lack thereof) that requires all American citizens to pay income taxes. Through revelatory interviews with key members of Congress, a former IRS Commissioner, tax attorneys, agents from the IRS and FBI, and various authors, Russo demystifies federal income tax and the creation of money.
- The End of America (2008) NR - Based on Naomi Wolf's sobering best-seller, this documentary examines post-9/11 American freedom. Filmmakers Annie Sundberg and Ricki Stern present evidence that our society's liberty has been systematically eroded under the Bush administration. Their examples parallel the loss of liberty experienced in other countries as their governments tumbled into fascism, and draw chilling connections between what's already happened … and what is yet to come.
- The Money Masters - How International Bankers Gained Control of America (1993) - a 3 1/2 hour non-fiction, historical documentary that traces the origins of the political power structure that rules our nation and the world today. The modern political power structure has its roots in the hidden manipulation and accumulation of gold and other forms of money. The development of fractional reserve banking practices in the 17th century brought to a cunning sophistication the secret techniques initially used by goldsmiths fraudulently to accumulate wealth. With the formation of the privately-owned Bank of England in 1694, the yoke of economic slavery to a privately-owned "central" bank was first forced upon the backs of an entire nation, not removed but only made heavier with the passing of the three centuries to our day. - The Nazis: A Warning from History (1997) NR - New light is shed on the rise of the Third Reich in Germany in this comprehensive series through archival footage and interviews with those who survived Hitler's reign, including unrepentant Nazis. The series reveals how the Nazi state compelled ordinary people to commit atrocities; the order and disorder within the German army; Hitler's lack of motivation and propensity for getting his minions to do his work; and many other enlightening facts.
- The Obama Deception (2009) NR - is a hard-hitting film directed by Alex Jones that completely destroys the myth that Barack Obama is working for the best interests of the American people. The Obama phenomenon is a hoax carefully crafted by the captains of the New World Order.
- End Game: Blueprint for Global Enslavement (2007) NR - The first section of the film documents the rise of the banking cartels, who since 1800 have funded both sides of almost every war. Endgame charts the usurpation of the British economy by the Rothchild family who went on to bankroll all factions during the first world war providing armaments companies through banks in France, Austria, Germany and England. Endgame then documents the fallout of the great war and the attempts to form a controlling League of Nations, which was ultimately blocked by Congress. Such frustration on the part of the elite led to the rise of two factions, fascists and Fabian socialists. Endgame documents how bankers again funded both sides during WW2 which ultimately led to the creation of the UN and the beginning of the movement to implement three power blocs via incremental globalism.
- The Corporation (2004) UR - Filmmakers Mark Achbar and Jennifer Abbott explore the genesis of the American corporation, its global economic supremacy and its psychopathic leanings, with social critics like Noam Chomsky and Milton Friedman lending insight in this documentary. With their merciless quest for profit and insatiable aim to sway every aspect of culture, conglomerates' inner workings are scrutinized to draw conclusions about "business as usual."
- Who Killed the Electric Car? (2006) PG - Amid ever-increasing gas prices, this documentary delves into the short life of the GM EV1 electric car -- once all the rage in the mid-1990s and now fallen by the roadside. How could such an efficient, green-friendly vehicle fail to transform our garages and skies? Through interviews with government officials, former GM employees and concerned celebs (such as EV1 driver Mel Gibson), Chris Paine (former EV1 owner) seeks to answer the question.
- Jericho (2006) TV-14 - Another entry in the new serial genre, this CBS drama revolves around a small town in Kansas that finds itself cut off from the rest of the world after a mushroom cloud appears on the horizon and a TV and radio blackout ensue. Has there been a terrorist attack or a pre-emptive nuclear strike? Faced with terrifying uncertainty, the town -- including the mayor's (Gerald McRaney) prodigal son (Skeet Ulrich) -- begins to come apart at its seams. COMMENT: Although it is a very good and informative series, beware of the pro-vaccine propaganda.
The Rise and Threat of Islam / The Beast
- Islam: What the West Needs to Know (2006) NR - Claiming that Islam is inherently violent and seeks to destroy all other faiths, cultures and systems of government, this provocative film presents Islamic writings to prove that fanaticism is not limited to just a few misguided souls. In interviews, noted experts on Islam refute mainstream media, diplomats and officials who have described Islam as a peaceful religion and that those who commit violence in its name represent a radical fringe.
- Obsession: Radical Islam's War Against the West (2006) NR - Featuring clips from Arab-world television and interviews with a range of personalities, including guerilla fighters and self-styled terrorists, this film chronicles the fanaticism arising in extremist wings of modern Islamic fundamentalist groups. In a documentary that is both provocative and unflinching, filmmakers Wayne Kopping and Raphael Shore explore topics such as "The Culture of Hatred," "Jihad in the West" and "Media of Terrorism."
- Farewell Israel: Bush, Iran and the Revolt of Islam (2007) NR - Tracing the historical journey of Islam from its birth in A.D. 624 to its role in contemporary society, this comprehensive program sheds light on the struggles of adherents to the religion and its political implications in the modern world. Topics include the long-standing conflicts between Muslims and Jews, as well as how Bush's reaction to the World Trade Center attacks in 2001 inflamed tensions between Muslims and the West.
- The Third Jihad (2008) NR - Exposes the war the media is not telling you about. It reveals the enemy our government is too afraid to name. One person who is not afraid to tell you the truth is Dr. Zuhdi Jasser, a Muslim American and former physician to the US Congress. With details of the Six Day War, the Yom Kippur War and the Egypt-Israel peace accord, figures and events come alive.
- Anne Frank: The Whole Story (2001) TV-14 - Anne Frank's acclaimed diary, kept while in hiding in Amsterdam during World War II, enjoys the highest readership of any book ever printed (except the Bible). This filmed version fills in gaps omitted when her father (the only family member to survive the Nazi holocaust) submitted the work for publication. The story follows Anne to Bergen-Belsen concentration camp, where she died just days before liberation.
- War of the Century (1999) NR - More than 30 million people were killed in the conflict in Eastern Europe during World War II; the battle between Nazism and Stalinism is examined in this four-part series filmed in Germany, Hungary, Poland, Russia, the Ukraine and Belorussia.
