What follows is an incomplete table of past and future Sabbatical (Shmita/Shmittah) and Jubilee (Yovel/Yobel) Years and how they 'may' relate to Daniel's Prophecy of the Last-Days (including the Great Tribulation and the Second Coming of Messiah) found further below in the Timeline of the Last Days.
Understanding how significant Sabbatical and Jubilee years were in key events in antiquity, lends credible insight into their profound role in yet unfulfilled Biblical prophecy.

Timeline of the Last Days - Daniel's 3Layer Shavua Prophecy
The following time-line has been developed with insights gathered from numerous sources (listed below), which seem to corroborate or closely corroborate on different levels. Where there is not agreement, reconciliation has been made with my own reasonings from the Scriptures. However, I readily admit I may be wrong in my reckonings and the input from others may also be wrong. There is no "Thus saith the LORD" on this page. There are many difficult questions and a multitude of opinion. Where this time-line is concerned, scholarly disagreement occurs most frequently on the 49 or 50 year Jubilee increment and on the Aviv or Tishrei year reckonings. Regardless, every individual should be encouraged to be a good Berean and search the Scriptures and confirm all matters for him/herself.
No one should do anything to harm him/herself or others because of what this time-line projects and/or calculates as POSSIBLE fulfillments of End-Time prophecies.
Even though there are many doubts and questions about what happens prior to and during Daniel's 70 Week, there is significant evidence the 70th Week (Shavua) itself will indeed coincide with a Shmita cycle (see Table 1a). Hence, IF the 70th Week does not start on this coming Shmita cycle (2010-2016), then we should watch for Zechariah's Nuclear War and Eliyahu's arrival before or during the early parts of the next Shmita cycle (e.g. 2017-2023, 2024-2030, etc). If the next cycle progresses past mid-week (i.e. 2013/2014) without seeing the Altar rededicated and "Abomination of Desolation" setup in Jerusalem, then we can reasonably adjust all pertinent future "projected" dates incrementally by adding seven years. Note: astronomical sightings and the 70 year countdown from Israel becoming a nation (1947/1948) will of course be a moot point on the time-line in any future Shmita cycle and will be removed from this page.

I've been searching this out on my own and have made a few connections with respect to the links that you have listed above.
Dewey (producer of the "Daniel's Timeline" series makes a good case for the Yom Kippur war "setting the clock" if you will, or giving us a modern datumn point for calendar recalibration. Overall, his conclusions are fairly congruent with Mark Biltz's Feasts of the Lord series, but he's one year later than Mark Biltz, assuming the 2016 return, which is in between Marks and what you have listed above. I also have Tim McHyde's book on Px; I don't know what to make of it (it being the 7 sets of 7 years). However, I do know that I DO believe in Px or Wormwood, and I think he is right to make connections.
As for the Temple at the Center of Time, words cannot express my astonishment. Flynn is gifted to say the least. As for the 2012 date, I tend to ascribe more to a 2013 Passover for the kick-off for the last 3.5 years of trib. I think 2012 is too hyped, but I tend to think that the Nephilim are coming back around then, if not then, then 2013!!!
The potential upset on the possible eclipse schedule as mentioned above is noteworthy. Flynn's 360 day year observations can be explained via Immanuel Velikovsky's expired or out of print work (may be a spelling problem). I think the return of the 360 day year is also not far off. As Flynn demonstrates, both 360 and 365-1/4 have divine significance and can be used to factor time, rendering two meaningful interpretations. Nevertheless, proper use of the 360 vs 365-1/4 is bound to throw a lot of people's calculations off because the fact is the length of the solar year has changed but I think that YHVH's year has probably always been the same.
I am also convinced that the upset of the solar year is a result of close earth encounters with Mars. Missler has an audio blurb on this; see http://www.khouse.org/6640/BP047/. He borrowed from either Velikovsky or Don Wesley Patten.

After 9:9 and 9:10 came 9/11. The legislature quoted the back half of this verse in DC on 9/12/01, not knowing that a beam from the towers had taken out a large WTC fig (sycamore) tree the day before. The rebuilding of NYC’s WTC began with a “dressed stone” ceremony after the towers fell, and they flew in a large cedar tree via helicopter to replace the fig tree. (That's amazing).
What happens 7 years later? We see a famine start on Rosh Hashana / Yom Teruah with a 777.7 market drop (totaling 7 percent of the market value, equal to 700 billion dollars) as they are voting on a 700 billion dollar bailout. Two following holy days were also nominal 700 point drops (3 and 7 signify completion or perfection).
As I recall, the world reaches a population of 7 billion people in 2012/13. It would stand to reason that the mass population reduction also coincides with this event and begins at this point in time. Moreover, at the conclusion of the famine, people are so in debt they are bartering their land and lives for food (Revelation parallel "quart of wheat for a day's wages").
Assuming the Exodus pattern repeats, we should consider that Px or Mars (the "messenger" or "angel of death") does its business over the land following the eclipses (knocking the satellites out of the sky and striking a fatal blow to the armies of the enemies of YHVH). I make this argument because the "heavens will be shaken" at some point per Mt 24:29, and it would appear that the eclipses of 1492/1948/1967 have some parallel significance (the Spanish inquisition and the Jews who did flee to the "new land"... please plot those on your Table 1c time line as well). The Shmita and Jubilee years following the eclipses would somewhat reinforce this idea, as the SLAVES are freed by the ANGEL of DEATH (probably a Shmita year in Egypt too) and the land of Israel is returned to its RIGHTFUL heirs (obviously coinciding with the Jubilee). The protected woman would probably be living in the wilderness 1260 days prior (being fed via manna, perhaps this could be back-calculated from the start of the Shmita year). Based on the pattern of Egypt, we could also expect to see a Jewish awakening to their Messiah in the spring of 2011 as well as reconciliation between the house of Leah and Rachel at that point (as the brothers are gathered together outside of Eretz Israel 2-1/2 years into the famine).

Isaiah said, “I will restore your judges as in days of old, your counselors as at the beginning. Afterward you will be called the City of Righteousness, the Faithful City.” - Isaiah 1:26... To this day, Israel prays, “Restore our judges as in days of old.” But I would argue that this prophecy has been fulfilled in our time.
Originally, there were 12 judges of Israel (including one female – Deborah). Since then, there have been 12 prime ministers (including one female – Golda Meir). Each female presided over a period marked by a significant national battle.
Following the period of the judges, the people wanted a king who could guarantee them “security” from their enemies. As number 13, Saul was appointed king and lead military campaigns, but eventually offered unacceptable sacrifice, killed the priests in office, and engaged in divination. Saul would live to represent the first anti-Christ (an abomination causing desolation). Take this a step further, David's reign would parallel the "son of David's" 1000 year reign, and Solomon would come and deceive the whole world after the Davidic rule concludes. Solomon extracted 666 talents of gold from the people, usurp the priests in temple affairs, took on foreign wives, took up forms of idolatry, and would leave the world bankrupt and the people deceived, and finally, the kingdom divided (heaven and hell).
As for the rapture proponents out there, don't be deceived as Saul comes in his glory. We recall the "as it was in the days of Noah" prophecy of Yeshua (Jesus for the Greek thinkers) that the WICKED were swept away as the RIGHTEOUS remained. Several NT verses speak to this concept (check out what John the Baptist said) repeatedly.

1967 was also a Sh'mitta year 2009-1967=42, therefore it was 6 Sh'mitta cycles ago.
"Seventy weeks have been decreed for your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression, to make an end of sin, to make atonement for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the most holy place."
*within 70 years from may 14th 1948 Israel will have an everlasting righteousness set up, and the Holy place, meaning the Holy Temple is to be rebuilt.
Daniel 9:25
"So you are to know and discern that from the issuing of a decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince there will be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks; it will be built again, with plaza and moat, even in times of distress."
*7 weeks has been said to be the 7 years of the Tribulation.
By default 62 weeks can then be 62 years.
Simple math: 62 years added to May 14th 1948 (when Isreal became a nation). 62+1948=2010 year of the Rapture.
now add 7 years to 2010 and you get 2017.
In the book of Daniel 9:25, we are told when Isreal becomes a nation to when the Messiah returns!
Matthew 24:36
"But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only."
* I will point out that no man knows the day or the hour, but it doesnt say the year!! Which means its very likely the Tribulation starts sometime this year!
Daniel 9:26
"Then after the sixty-two weeks the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. And its end will come with a flood; even to the end there will be war; desolations are determined."
* Here is possibly the 62 years which takes us to the Tribulation. Infact During the Tribulation is Satans time, the Lord Jesus will return at the end to set up his kingdom!
My conclusion: The Tribulation can begin any day, any hour this year. And this isn't just my own thoughts but backed by Daniel 9:25-26

Daniel 9:27 warns us about the Anti-christ during this 7 year period.
"And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes

Mark, what people or what entity do you think is suppose to go through the Tribulation? You're still thinking in terms of "Church" and "Israel" aren't you? Or the Church has usurped Israel (and Judah?), right?

Not if the 50th is a Holy Rest year, the first year of the next 49 year period you could do work, the 49th was a Sabbath year too.
It's 50 years back to back, for each Jubilee period.

Right, the 49th year is a Sabbath year, but the next year, the 1st year and 50th year, is the Jubilee... also a rest year. This is a very similar concept to the Counting of the Omer, where the day after the 49th day, is Shavout (which is typically called Sunday within the West's pagan calendar). In that case, the first day of the week is a rest day... but the preceding day was also a rest day, the normal Shabbat day. That in itself is a controversy... but isn't almost everything a controversy these days.
I too once held your view, but found very little historical backing for it. That is why the very long and detailed book "The Sabbath and Jubilee Cycle" is so useful. It basically proves the 49 year increment based solely upon the historical record... starting as far back as 700 BC with the seige of Jerusalem... and coming forward all the way to the time of the Bar Kochba rebellions.
