- Do NOT take any Swine Flu Vaccine! All states in the U.S. allow a medical exemption and some states allow philosophical and/or religious exemptions. - Dedicate time now to research the contradictory views coming from credentialed professionals and studies from around the world. Do NOT blindly believe what the American/EU Establishment is painting as "scientific and medical consensus". - Maintain eating habits that promote a strong immune system and avoid any consumption and/or activities that may weaken your immune system, such as smoking, staying up all night, drinking a 6-pack of soda routinely, consuming artificial sweeteners and junk food in general.
