Migrations of Humanity and Israelites
What genetic sciences have already uncovered regarding human migrations is quite astounding, but somewhat vague and estimated in many respects. Because of National Geographic's Genographic Project, there will be many more "knowns" in the near future. In the mean time, some un-official investigations are underway to determine which haplogroups are most likely connected to the Lost Ten Tribes of Israel (prophesied to be a multitude of nations in the Last Days).
The content of this portion of our site is a major work in progress. Much research is underway and as parts of it come together in presentable format, it will be posted here.
Haplogroup Hypotheses
- Israelite Haplogroup (DNA) Hypotheses
- Ephraim: Founder of Y-Chromosome Haplogroup P (Genesis 48:19, a multitude of nations)
- Abraham: Founder of Y-Chromosome Haplogroup F (Genesis 17:5, father of a multitude)

Fundamental Genetic Problems regarding the Israelite and Jewish Question
Finding Israelites with the use of Genetics has some fundamental problems. The first major problem can be understood by this verse:
Exodus 12:37-38:
(37) And the children of Israel set out from Rameses to Sukkoth, about six hundred thousand men on foot, besides the little ones.
(38) And a mixed multitude went up with them too, also flocks and herds, very much livestock.
The "mixed-multitude' aside, it is conceivable (even probable) Jacob and his twelve sons have many unbroken direct male descendant lines in the modern world. Of course there have been many converts to Judaism and there has been inter-marriage. Some direct male lines simply died because a father had numerous daughters and no sons, or no children at all. Those problems, in regards to our purpose here, are obvious, but there may be other important problems we're missing or haven't considered yet.
Genetic Study Resources
Many, but not all, of the resources below are fundamentally founded on evolutionism and/or atheism. We do not approve of those aspects of the books and articles below, but there are some very insightful conclusions that can be drawn otherwise when comparing some of the data with what can be found in the Hebrew Scriptures. Many other historical texts prove helpful when considering what Population Genetics brings to the table. Especially helpful are historical texts focused on the time known as the "Great Migration Period" (200 to 800 CE) where a flood of humanity overwhelmed all parts of Europe and Asia.
