Yeshua is of the "Tribe of Judah". He is the Lion, He holds the Scepter as prophied to Yehudah in Gen. 49:8-12. Here He comes knowing that....This Son(Himself & Yehudah) is safe (technically)...... trains and sends (He won't be here on earth much longer to complete the task) His disciples to "the Lost Sheep" of the House of Israel. Regardless of who goes to the 'gentiles' & who goes to the 'Jews' the mission is the same, 'We are looking for LOST SHEEP. Lost indicates that they were once found or belonged. I can go on foever with this, but I will stop here.
He Himself says that He was sent not (to no one else) except to the "Lost Sheep" of the House or household of Israel (Jacob who we all know was renamed Israel). The entire 12 tribes are who represent the Household of Israel (Jacob). The children of YHWH are called 'children of Israel'. Not 'Jews', 'Christians' or nothing else. What are they called in the Old Testament?.........Yeshua is saying to us the finding of our brothers wherever they are is cruisal to YHWH's mission. In these Scriptures He was simply pointing His disciples toward the field, giving them a big picture of what's at stake, gathering the 'wheat'.
The fields are white so let's all get to helping reap. If we look at what the covenant of YHWH really is we will realise is all HE WANTS IS TO BE OUR ELOHIM.
Gen 17:7 And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your seed after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be Elohim unto you and to your seed after you.
See what He says at the end of the verse, "to be Elohim unto you and to your seed after you". This IS THE EVERLASTING COVENANT. I submitt to ALL OF YHWH"S people, this is the nucleus of this entire matter between YHWH and us.
