I had misfortune of having worked with Joel Bell.  I decided to google him this evening and I am not surprised to find many negative reports of him in the first page of google as the first results that come up.  It is clear to me that he is scammer, wannabe TV evangelist who wants to collect money from donors and then keep it for himself (or at least most of it).  He is powerhungry and wants to rub shoulders with Israeli political and religious leaders as well as global Christian leaders.

May GOD thwart his plans because he is not ethical.  He does not keep his word (personal experience) and gives you the runaround.
