DAY FOR REVIVAL
Christian, you know that you have “fallen short” so many times during your “walk with Christ”, right? And you have gone to your altar to be “revived” so many times, right? But, the promises you made to God, during those “times of revival”, didn’t last very long, right?
Christian, try to imagine how God felt when He heard your promises to no longer “goof-up”, during your last time of “revival”. It must have been “all smiles of joy” when He had heard your promises and had believed you. But it didn’t take long for you to have “tripped-up” again, right?
Christian, were those promises LIES? Didn’t you know you would not be able to keep those promises? (Did God really believe you? Does He believe anything you tell Him?)
Christian, why not stay away from anything “revival”, since you know you can’t keep your “revival promises”?
Stay away from “revival” until April one! Why only be “revived” on April’s first day? Wouldn’t April one be the best day of the year to make promises you know you can’t keep, since all it would take to “neutralize” promises, would be to get on your knees [just before midnight] and give God a hearty “APRIL FOOL”? Wouldn’t any fib, on April one, just be a big joke to fool fools?
Think about this! It might be the best way for you to keep from having any guilt [no guilt, no punishment] about not being able to “measure up”, after making your promises during times of “revival” [that God knows you will not be able to keep].
