The Harbinger discussion is interesting to me. Maybe with some embellishments, but some good points. The talk about the ancient Northern Kingdom parallels with America are also profound, but actually run much deeper than I've heard Cahn allude to publicly. The parallels aren't just spiritual. And no mention of connections with the USA to End-Time Babylon? Maybe he just doesn't want to further complicate the discussion, I don't know. However, the discussion and problems are complex... and the grand finale alter call at the end isn't the grand solution. True national ACTIVE humble repentance? Yes, that would stay YHVH's judgment. An abstract mental calling on "Jesus" or "Yeshua" for salvation? Nope, not going to fix anything.

Ron Paul would be one of the best things that has happened to Babylon (including Jew-dah)... for a very long time. He would probably forestall greater confrontation with the Medes, something Babylon would be wise to delay as much as possible. Pushing the Mede-button could mean the End. Mr Paul has probably not made the Jeremiah 51:11,27-28/Isaiah 13:17-22/Revelation 17:15-18 connection, but when the Mede-alliance is pushed into a corner, they will bring Babylon to her knees. They will strip her naked and burn her with fire. It will be uglier than anything we've ever seen before, which may be the reason we're "weeping" in Jeremiah 50:4.
Babylon should repent, return to the Light of Torah, and elect an army of Ron Pauls to every center of power. Babylon should turn off American Idol and kick-out the Black-horse bankers in a fashion reminiscent of President Andrew Jackson.... and there may yet be a few decades more of freedom and prosperity... BUT... do I believe such will happen? No, not in the least bit. Babylon can no longer think soberly as one united nation. She will continue to let the money-masters use her up in order to rape and pillage the world... and eventually... she'll take the Medeo-Persian Tiger by the tail... and it will be a trap she'll never recover.
Mystery Babylon = USA
The Medes = Iran
Jew-dah = modern Israeli nation
