Reporting on Lieberman's recent clarification on views regarding citizenship, racism and the creation of a P.A. state, IsraelNationalNews quotes:
"We do not ask Israeli Arabs to share in the Zionist dream,” Lieberman said. “We are asking them to accept that Israel is a Jewish state, the only one in the world.” Minorities are welcome to live in Israel as long as they accept its existence, he said. SEE FULL COLUMN HERE
BRIEF COMMENT: I find this an interesting statement since the door is largely shut to Messianic Ephraim (10-Israel) to return to the Land of Israel... even though they are wholeheartedly willing to defend the Jewish State's existence with their very lives (not just placate it with flowery hudna-based words). And note: many of them are willing to come home and live as mere servants of the Father and the Jews... not as equal brothers (for further insight into that reality, read the Prodigal Son parallel in Luke 15). Instead, it is okay for passive-aggressive Muslims to live in Israel while Ephraimites are given the "crazy eye" for even considering it. If this doesn't reflect self-destructive government policy, I can't think of a better example
Ahmadinejad’s Apocalyptic Ambitions (Brad Macdonald)
In Brad Macdonald's column today on THE TRUMPET, he gives an excellent description of the Iranian threat, led of course by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
"Oh Allah, give me the strength to hasten the return of the Promised One.”
That is an unusual request, particularly given the stage on which it was made. For the few ever given the opportunity to speak before world leaders at the UN General Assembly, the occasion is generally used to define and debate world problems, advance national foreign policy, garner support for humanitarian programs or request financial assistance.
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is different. Given the opportunity, he has no compunction about standing before world leaders, bowing his head, and praying for the personal strength to usher in the return of the Promised One.
The belief of a returning Mahdi, or 12th imam, is a defining doctrine within the most populous group of Shiites (known as Ithna Ashari, or “Twelvers”), to which Ahmadinejad belongs. Iran’s president—who pines for the extermination of the Jewish state and is gunning for a nuclear arsenal—is a staunch adherent to the mahdaviat, which is “belief in and efforts to prepare for the Mahdi,” according to the Encyclopaedia of Islam.
Iran’s leader doesn’t just believe the Mahdi is about to return—he considers it his responsibility to cause the apocalyptic conditions that he believes will surround his return!
He ends his column with a reference to a short (and free) online book highlighting Iran as Daniel's "King of the South". The book is a bit out-dated because it references President Bush during his first term of office, but none-the-less has some very insightful passages. The days of Purim will begin this year on March 11th at sunset and continue until March 13th at sunset. This corresponds to the 14th and 15th days of the Twelfth biblical month.

Dick Morris: Obama’s record on terrorism so far
President Barack Obama’s record in battling terrorism has proven so weak that one wonders if he really takes the issue seriously.
Since he has taken office, the president has:
• Announced closure of Guantanamo.
• Declined to prosecute the mastermind behind the USS Cole bombing.
• Closed all overseas CIA interrogation centers.
• Appointed an Attorney General and Justice Department officials on record as opposed to the use of “enhanced” interrogation techniques in terror investigations.
• Granted Al Arabia television his first news organization interview and called Fatah Party leader and PA President Mahmoud Abbass in his first phone contact with any foreign leader.

Obama is not an empty suit with a slick tongue, as many suggested during his election campaign. The man is a suit full of friendship for America's and Israel's enemies. He has a split tongue (slippery when wet). The only "change" he has to offer the world is more lies, corruption, and economic slavery, but hey... he delivers a good teleprompter speech, so at least the sheepish feel good for a moment.
Obama is exactly what America and the World deserve... which is precisely why the Most High has given Obama to us! And we will get our fill...

Ephraim's eating of unclean food, a distinguishing factor between he (10-Israel) and Jew-Da, was something prophesied in the Scriptures in a couple mysterious places. Hosea 9:3 is the least mysterious, but Yeshua's Prodigal Son parable of Luke 15 is probably the most easy to miss. Luke 15:15-16 shows the state of Ephraim in a "far-off country" feeding and eating unclean swine just before he remembers himself and his father's house in verse 17. When you slowly and carefully read the entire book of Hosea together with Luke 15, you'll see a fantastic parallel unfold.
I'm proud of Joel Osteen's bravery in discussing such a controversial topic. And I find such an action by a prominent "Christian" leader to be one of many signs that Luke 15:17 is manifesting in many "far-off" countries. Ephraim (the prodigal 10-Israel) is waking up, realizing he has sinned against Heaven (Luke 15:18), and next: he will be returning home to his Father and his Father's land, just as Hosea 11:9-11 and Luke 15:20-24 depict. Stay tuned!
FYI: Acts 10 is NOT about food. It is about calling "people" unclean. Read Peter's own words in Acts 10:28. Also, the phrase in Mark 7:19, "Jesus declared all foods 'clean'" is a mistranslation from the Greek (likely a deliberate act of antinomist scribes). The context of Yeshua's discussion in Mark 7 is regarding Rabbinic traditions of washing of cups and pitchers and "washing of the hands", something He criticized in Matthew 15:1-3 and Luke 11:38 also. He was not encouraging people to eat unclean food as some translations of Mark 7:19 indicate. If He had been, then how does that fit with passages like Matthew 5:17-19 where He encourages all to follow and teach the Torah and Prophets? We must learn to read and reason through all the Scriptures in context, especially when sifting through so many translations which are not always true to underlying manuscripts.

I loved this video, but regret that it is titled "Judaism is Cool". Judaism is NOT cool by itself! Talmud is NOT cool by itself! TORAH IS WHAT IS COOL!! Take the Torah away and how "cool" would Judaism or the Talmud be? There are some cool things in the Talmud, but being more of a Karaite and Messianic persuasion, I can find much that is NOT cool in the Talmud or Judaism (generally those things that are anti-Torah). And on that note, I feel the same about Christianity. It is cool where it is driven by Torah-based principles. And it is very uncool where it is anti-Torah in practice and perspective.

The Mayans may indeed have been on to something, but one thing is for sure, if they were, we should start experiencing some confirmations in the not too distant future. My fear is that we put too much weight into the Mayan calendar and then use those speculations to reinforce and falsely confirm other speculated Last Day time-lines that would otherwise look very insignificant standing on their own.
Yeshua (Jesus) told His disciples what to look for. He did not mention Pole Shifts or galactic movements in His response. Although I find many of those things intriguing and spend much time researching them, I think we should place the warnings of Yeshua far above other speculations and calculations. Read Matthew 24-25.
